Striking land as a Category 5 storm, Hurricane Michael left a swath of destruction across Florida. A team of nine BGR responders went and assisted in standing up a distribution center at a local church in the area to serve its neighbors most in need, serving meals, and making essential living items available. Our team served homeowners through muckouts (removing all water-touched interior items from a home) and roof repair through tarping immediately after the disaster hit.
