My wife and I came to the Salt and Light Kingdom Culture Conference and had the time of our lives. I was supposed to come alone, but a friend of mine gave me a word that my wife was supposed to come with me. The conference was only a month away, and I knew she would not be able to go because of her work schedule. I asked her, and she immediately said no. She said she was too busy at work, and there was no way she could go. After talking to her, I got in my truck and turned on a Bethel podcast, and in frustration, I muted the podcast and told Daddy [Father God] that evidently, it was important to Him that she accompany me to the conference. I told Daddy that I could not make her go, so He would have to convince her to come with me. Within five minutes, my wife called me and said one of her co-workers offered to cover for her and that she was coming with me. I had to pull over because I was overwhelmed by the glory of God! At the end of the first night Pastor Bill closed by saying that there were people in the room who were dealing with migraines and head trauma. I looked at my wife, and she was crying and so was I. We went down front and Pastor Bill laid hands on her and prayed for her. I am writing this to tell you that she is no longer taking any of the terrible medication that she was prescribed. She is healed! My wife had a brain tumor when she was in her early teens. She was never supposed to survive much less have children. She has been in remission for many years, but starting two years ago, she began to have debilitating headaches. Within that time we saw many neurologists and many other types of doctors as well as a continuous cycle of trying medications to help her manage the pain. Nothing really worked, and the medications all had terrible side effects. She was very discouraged and tired. She had decided to just live with the best medication and its side effects. That was not Jesus' plan for my wife. He brought us to Bethel, and the headaches had to bow to the superior reality of our King!
