Lance has served on Bethel Church’s Pastoral Leadership team for nearly 20 years, working in Evangelism and Outreach, and directing Bethel’s City Team. His passion is to see the Church engaged in culture in ways that bring societal transformation. Currently, he leads and directs NCAT, an anti-trafficking initiative in Redding, and The Mentoring Collaborative, a mentoring project for at-risk youth.
