Dr. Stacey serves as a clinical psychologist, professor, trainer, and ordained minister. With over twenty years of teaching in Christian universities and serving in the clinical field, she seeks to facilitate healing and wholeness in ways that empower people to live out their unique God-given design. She's also passionate about actively equipping a new generation of counselors.
In college, Dr. Stacey had a radical salvation experience and a process of personal healing and transformation with empowerment from the Holy Spirit that brought lasting change. Her clinical interests then began to shift, seeking to integrate God’s blueprint of restoration with best truths that neuroscience and psychology have to offer. With this history, Dr. Stacey counsels with a depth of discernment and broad clinical insight, as well as a truly loving presence.
Dr. Stacey currently serves as Associate Director of the Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Associate Professor at Simpson University while serving as a Clinical Psychologist at the Transformation Center. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work (M.S.W.), with extensive training in trauma and neuroscience at John Hopkins Hospital and developmental psychology at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Stacey's greatest passions are being a wife to her husband Keith, and mom to their three amazing children.
