Heroes of the Nation is the largest orphanage in Kenya, bringing love and hope to more than 500 children. They started in 2004 with a desire to not just feed and clothe orphans, but train them to be the future leaders of their country. Each child is given a great education, empowered to lead, and taught his or her identity in Christ. Heroes of the Nation has coupled their mission with a self-sustaining model: creating local businesses to generate revenue and provide jobs for the community. They believe the children on their campus truly are going to change Kenya!
