This class is for women who feel they have lost control of some aspect of their self-care. If you're in need of more motivation or support to make a change, this 4-week class is for you. We will learn how to reframe self-care as a way to glorify God, even an act of worship. Importantly, after each lesson, we will break into small groups for discussion, connection, and prayer, fostering a supportive community to help you on your journey.
