No matter what day or time you can serve, being a part of the Christmas Market Serve Team will contribute to creating a magical experience for all who attend. Join us to be a part of this holiday tradition and make memories while giving back to the Bethel community!

We are looking for over 100 people to join our Christmas Market Serve Team and be a part of one of the most festive events of the year! The market will feature handcrafted goods, unique clothing, live Christmas music, and delicious food and treats from over 130 artisans. This is an incredible opportunity to connect with others and lend your skills and gifts to bring this event to life, making this year’s Christmas market one to remember.
Our Serve Team helps to lead and support every part of the Christmas Market, including:
- Decorating and Setup
- Welcome and Registration for Vendors
- Buskers and Street Musicians
- Photographer/Video
- Teardown and Cleanup
- Room Hosts
- Green Room Setup and Host
- Christmas Cafe
- Communications
- Vendor Relations
- And many more!
Volunteer Days and Times:
- Thursday, December 5 - Join the staging team at 3:00pm to help with final administrative tasks and marking the floors for our vendor booths.
- Friday, December 6 - Join the staging team at 7:00pm to help turn Bethel Church into a Christmas wonderland ready for the Market. On this evening we decorate, put up signage, setup the green room and registration booth, prepping everything we can ahead of time.
- Saturday, December 7 - On the day of the Christmas Market, this Serve Team helps to host over 140 vendors and 3000 guests who attend the Market. Final setup, welcome team, registration team, tear down and cleanup, green room and more! Volunteer for a two hour shift or come for the whole day (don’t worry, you will get a break to get some lunch and do your own personal shopping).
