“From dark to light,” describes Astrid’s radical life transformation. Passionate about social justice, she and her husband lived in Rwanda and Burundi, Africa for 10 years before moving to the USA with their beautiful family. Astrid loves the outdoors and will never reject the offer of a hike or walk. She works in holistic health, empowering people to experience pain free living.
